Here is a design thats being sitting on my desktop for quite sometime. The original drawing is by our good buddy Tom Caulfield, who is living it up over in Paris at the moment. I had great fun playing with the textures in Art Rage and Photoshop. I must take a break from series animation more often.
It has recently come to light that our animators have a life outside of work. Always a good thing I suppose and to keep themselves amused in the spare time some have been working away on blogs and twitters alike. All are worth a look see and a follow.

Miss Remarkable and her Career (Fröken Märkvärdig & Karriären) will be making it premier at the Annecy International Animation Festival 2010 7th – 12th June. And we are looking forward to the visit to the sun and french based cinema. Myself, Michael and two animators on the film, Donal Mangan and Fergal Brennan will be making the trip south.

We have a new Vimeo Channel where we are planning to host some of our pervious and future animation work. So to got the ball rolling we have added the Galway Film Fleadh trealers from previous years.
These little 30 second spots played in a few cinemas across the country as well as on RTE (our national broadcaster) and before the films were shown during the festival.

So the digital revolution has hit us and we have joined the twittering masses. We are goi9ng to use twitter for all those cool things we spot out on the web, the things that everybody in animation and otherwise should see. Anyway if you would like to follow us, you can find us here.
